They refuse more time off than you get

The time off is not bad the rules to use it are a bit draconian

You begin accruing vacation hours known as a Personal Leave Bank (PLB) right away and can begin using the hours after the probation period. Hours may be used both for vacation time or sick days. The hard part is getting the time off approved.

4-5 weeks a year is attainable

A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year?
