Vacation & Paid Time Off

-Low pay and Low raise + Always too much work to do -No bonuses -You receive 18 days paid time off per year. However, they don’t give you sick leave. On a sever weather day or when you get sick, they make you use your paid time off to take that day off. -You can work overtime if you want to. However, on the weeks when there is a holiday or you use paid time off, they don’t count it as you worked 40hrs/wk so you don’t receive overtime pay even if you work extra hours. -If you work less than 40 hrs/wk, they deduct hours from your paid time off. -They only give you 6 holidays per year(New year’s day, Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day, Thanksgiving day, Christmas day).

Paid time off is very low, competitively

It was a decent amount of time that you were given but it was combined with your sick days.

Only 2 hours of paid time off (personal leave bank is what they called it) PER pay period for newer employees. So just to take 1 sick day you’d have to work a lot of months straight.

Generous amount of Paid Time Off

As a new employee you receive vacation time immediately. Even before is accrued.

It's a Fair plan but all PTO no sick days

Earn biweekly based on years of service. Start earning day one and can be use after 30 has passed. Adds up fast

Not the best I've ever seen, but definitely market comparable, and in my experience easy to use.
