Vacation & Paid Time Off

paid leave bank is earned based off hours worked but can be borrowed against

Unlimited PTO is offered for a segment of the workforce. Nice benefit to have but I'm sure some employees will take advantage. Can be difficult in some functions to use it a lot.

First year, one week vacation is paid. Time off is assigned to a thing called "Personal Leave Bank", PLB is accrued from your hours (I'm not sure the math for it) and once you have enough for a day, you can apply it for a time off day.

Accrue time off every week. 6 holidays
