It's technically unlimited in my role but in reality it's tracked fairly closely and can reflect negatively on you if you are perceived as taking "too much time". Most people on my team take about 15-20 days per year.

Barely give you pto hrs and if you call out after a certain about of days they created a point system last year that after 20 points or 30 points ( accumulated over any little thing 5 points if your a few mins late 8 points of you miss a days etc etc) they’ll use you till they fire you
