They dont let you combine offers. So if the entire store is buy one get one half off, you dont get your employee discount on top of that. its one or the other (the employee discount is always better). Also they limit the amount of hats you can buy each month/quarter.

The best thing is that you get it not only in your store but also in other stores within your same branch such as Lids gets a discount at all Lids and Lids Locker Rooms. Once you are either full-time or employed for a year you get your discount at other Genesco owned stores as well.

The employee discount is one of the best things about being a manager. You're allowed to use your discount online and also at sister stores
