From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
Time off is great, you earn 2 weeks a year and 1 week personal business and that increases to 3 weeks and 1 week respectively after you have been with the company 5 years.

Good vacation to start with 3 weeks, 401k has great matching, and the job can be flexible depending on your manager.

These are the worst benefits I've ever seen. You have no insurance until you hit your high deductible of $6,000 per person per year. This means zero coverage for anything until this value is reached. All prescriptions are 100% out of pocket until this is reached. If you or your wife are having a baby, consider a second mortgage.

short term disability is a very small percentage of salary. Benefits are great, but pricey

Outstanding benefits package. During my employment I Lockheed Martin offered a pension. Lockheed Martin also provided strong 401(k) plan options. Compensation was weekly.

The best thing is the 9/80 schedule which means you get alternate Fridays off. The health insurance is pretty mediocre. You get 10 hours of vacation added to your pot every month, 40 hours sick time total for the year, and that's pretty much it.
