Health care and the 401k match is good.

Good matching 401k, Health Insurance covers most issues, though deductibles and copays have been inching up each year.

Company health benifits is a self insured program that does not compare to an HMO or PPO.

1 - Flexible working hours. You had to work between the core hours of 9:00 and 3:00. The rest of your workday could be at any time you choose; 2 - Telecommuting. Almost all positions were allowed to telecommute. Some of us worked from home full-time, and only occasionally went into the office for key meetings and events.

Vacation time and paid holiday package were good. Health insurance was good. Working 9x80 was great.

From what I can see it has a decent health plan

The vacation time and paid holiday package is out of this world. Insurance and other benefits are competitive, but could cover a bit more.

You can earn money by walking! You earn PTO every month at a nice rate based on years of service. 2 weeks sick-leave each year and it rolls over! 9 days of holiday each year! Flex-time, I can work 60 hours in one week and 20 in the next and vise versa. Great 401k, the company's third party takes care of all investing and dividend reinvestment.

Poor current health plan, no choices and you pay more and get half as much
