Good 401K matching plan. Good health insurance compared to many.

Benefits were good but not now that IT is in lingo of being spun off. We don't know what they are going to be like.

The core benefits are average, however there are healthy choice incentives that enable the employees to earn funds that offset many costs. Since the inception of healthy choice incentives, I rarely had a medical bill to pay out of pocket.

Great benefit package, start with 2 weeks paid vacation, sick leave, medical insurance, dental insurance. The cost of medical and dental is getting a little high like most companies but overall I think it is cheaper then most. You also have free short term disability and you can buy long term disability (6 months to 1 year). Worst thing is that even though I bought Long Term Disability and was deemed disabled by the Social Security Administration, Lockheed Martin did not agree so the 15 years that I paid into disability did me no good. They did not honor my long term disability so I was terminated after my 6 months of short term disability ran out.
