From competitive pay and benefits to flexible work schedules and financial tools, at Lockheed Martin we show our appreciation for your skills, ambitions and potential.
Very good benefits. Flexible with work hours depending on your job and manager. Healthcare cost increase as the economic environment changes.

The best company perks were specific to the Space Systems Company Organization.
The 9/80 Schedule which allowed for every other Friday off. This did require a 9 Hour work day.
Also, the week long shutdown between Christmas and New Years.
Health Insurance was pretty cheap.
401K was decent.
Vacation time dropped for new employee

Their 401k includes an ESOP option to buy Lockheed Martin stock-- at a discount! This has historically been an excellent stock to own. Take advantage of it.

Lockheed's benefits package seems pretty standard. Defined pensions are long gone. 401K is it. I think other employers offer better 401K matching. Lockheed is under pressure to reduce overhead and benefits will be under review. Health insurances appears to be taking the biggest hit lately with increases in employee contributions and deductables.

Onsite gym with free membership. Average 401k plan matched ar 4.5%. Bonus based on individual, not team or customer satisfaction??! Very subjective probably due to the fact that a considerable amount of nepotism exist within the organization, which is typical in the defense industry.

Don't don't match very much on 401k and insurance price goes up every year to offset your raise.
