Health Insurance plans were reasonable; retirement planning options

Not only do you have an affordable health, dental, vision and 401k pkg, they will reimburse you 100% of your education if you pursue a degree while employed. They have tools to help with personal finance/budgeting, fitness programs that pay cash for meeting goals, employee discounts with all kinds of merchants for products and services, banking, autos, etc. Lots of opportunity to move up and great pay scale.

Well balanced program for health and welfare with proactive wellness program and tools. Good competitive insurance coverage.On-site health and wellness depends on the plant location with some having staffed clinics and other using local community facilities.

The 401K seems to be competitive, however it isn't anything to get excited about.

On average a bit lower pay than many comparable companies and positions, however work-life balance benefits are much higher; typically not pressured to work long hours, many sites have every other Friday off (9/80 work week), virtual work is common, holiday break most plants shut down giving you an extra week off.

Insurance was average with no choice. No bonuses. Vacation and time off are good. 401k is below average.
