PTO is accrued 10 hours a month, capped at 400. "Sick" PTO is granted 40 hours up front every year, does not accrue. Any overtime after 45 hours is comp-time, more PTO.
401k direct contribution of 6%, match 50% up to 8%. Total of 10% if you contribute 8%.
Tuition reimbursement 12.5k for engineering masters, 10k for non-eng masters, 7.5k for bachelors. 72k lifetime cap.
Direct contribution to HSA of $500 a year. Additional incentives are an extra $500.
Merit based cash bonus, up to 5% of salary for L1, L2, L3. Up to 8% for L4, etc.
