Their 10% match on 401k is amazing, and was a big positive on my reasons for coming. It shows their support both while you're working there, and in the future.

I never before heard of an intern having a retirement plan but I get 4% of my salary into a retirement plan (it's not a 401k so I can't contribute) but all in all I can't complain.

Strong company match for 401k, Health insurance has high deductibles, good access to medical - in house doctor/nurse, equity for benefits for LGBTQ employees.

PTO is accrued 10 hours a month, capped at 400. "Sick" PTO is granted 40 hours up front every year, does not accrue. Any overtime after 45 hours is comp-time, more PTO. 401k direct contribution of 6%, match 50% up to 8%. Total of 10% if you contribute 8%. Tuition reimbursement 12.5k for engineering masters, 10k for non-eng masters, 7.5k for bachelors. 72k lifetime cap. Direct contribution to HSA of $500 a year. Additional incentives are an extra $500. Merit based cash bonus, up to 5% of salary for L1, L2, L3. Up to 8% for L4, etc. Merit based annual raises.
