Company 401k match is average ~4%. Education benefits are great, and available the day you start. Typical HDHP, and salary folks are given the annual bonus bases on a matrix of company performance vs employee performance vs base pay, averaging between 1-5% salary for most grades, but up to 20% lump sum of base pay for certain fellows.
