Great overall package. 401K with company match up to certain percentage, great medical & dental, and 4 weeks paid vacation a year.

Typical 401k with a partial patch, healthcare with two different provider options, dental, vision, life insurance, identity theft protection, and a few others.
PTO is you get 46 hours of PGTO for sick, emergencies, unexpected, etc. 40 hours of "floating" holiday PTO you can use, 46 hours of "fixed" holiday PTO (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Then you accure a PATO 10 hours a month with a cap at 400 hours.
Work a flex schedule, by default do the 9/80 work week or you can do something else...just needs to add up to 80 hours for the two weeks.
Paid weekly.
It's not really amazing but it's fine.

3 weeks PTO to start, goes up to 4 weeks. 1 week of personal time.
I wish the company allowed purchasing additional PTO.
