401K Plan

"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Through the company sponsored plan, the company encourages healthy lifestyle choices.
The plan, however, provides health insurance at a high price and even higher deductibles.

Part time employees are not privy to any of the benefits. The main benefit is allowing you to grow and learn what is not taught in college.

Benefits are variable based on division. Pretty standard Aetna based PPO or HMO options. Max 3% 401K match.

Health insurance was fantastic until The Affordable Care Act was implemented. Premiums were raised and annual deductible went from $600;per person per year tp $2500

Cons: $3000 deductible for a family, mandatory mail-order pharmacy.
Pros: Out of pocket maximum of $6000 (it's high BUT at least it exists.)
