"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Quarterly bonuses, 401k and health benefits were great.

Comprehensive, well established benefits package. Good management company for the 401K, options to where to put your money based on your risk tolerance and diversity objectives.

great 401k, poor food service, corporate perks, poor work life balance

Good Benefits versatile, and not too expensive.

Plenty of vacation and sick time, good 401K, insurance is getting expensive for a NON-LM run plan.

Flex 9-80 work schedule. You get every other Friday off. Corporate wide week-long shutdown for the holidays. Company matches a percentage of 401k. They also contribute 4% of salary each paycheck to a Capital Accumulation Plan. Health Benefits are average. 120 hours of vacation a year. That carries over to up to 400 hours.

401k matches 50% up to the first 8%. Start with three weeks vacations as a new hire. Being able to work overtime and store that as compensation time meaning near endless accrual of vacation.

There is tuition assistance, but it's done by "paying you back" at the end of the semester (including submitting your grades), so if you don't have the ability to pay the tuition off at first, you're SOL (unless you get accepted into the ELDP "corporate climbers" program, where they will do the tuition assistance up front).
Paternity leave is 40 hours, so one week.
Vacation was 10 hours accrued per month, plus 40 hours of sick leave per year.
Health insurance used to be better, from what I had heard, but is pretty crap now (course, that seems to be true everywhere).

Health insurance is adequate. 09/80 work schedule is a huge benefit. No overtime pay. 45hr standard pay week is a downer. Dental is horrible (doesn't cover most higher cost needs)
