"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Worst part of the benefits is the health package. There is a $1500 out of pocket maximum before the insurance starts to supplement 85% of the bills. There are a lot of good discounts with several major companies. Retirement plan is no longer available.

As a laid off retiree, they are outrageously expensive even for the 60/40 coverage. I haven't gone to the doctors when I probably should have because of the high deductible. Don't have that kind of money to spend.

Great health care incentives. Earn points towards healthcare spending account based on physical activities and healthy actions.

The pay is low. During orientation they say that they pay "Cost of labor, not cost of living"
I struggle to pay for housing in Denver as it is. The pay is low enough that I forces me to keep searching for better opportunities, when what I really want is stability.

Good pay, good housing stipend that's plenty for the area, travel expenses covered, some people even made money if they drove to the site with gas money.

Excellent benefits, excellent time off package. Flexible work schedule. I would highly recommend Lockheed Martin as a career path to any individual who is willing to work hard.
