Company runs on a 4/10 schedule and everyone seems to really respect the Fridays off. The vacation time of is ok. They base it on years of service within the company and there is no sick time off. 401k is excellent and well performing.

Variable annual bonus (0-8%) on base salary

Great Paid Time off for salary individuals (non union). around 100 hours paid holiday leave + 4 weeks paid leave. Health, Dental and Vision are all decent and Life insurance is very good. Offering 10x salary for just a few bucks a week.

The retirement plan is very nice. Lockheed contributes more then just the matching.

They have a great 401k matching system

The 401k matching percentage is a good incentive. They give you 6% regardless of your contributions. Then, they will give 50% of the first 8% that you contribute (essentially 4% matching). This matching is on a vested schedule, where 20% of the matching contribution vests each calendar year of employment, which is the only downside. The Tuition matching is not great when most masters programs are extremely expensive the yearly limit at Lockheed is low. This is especially true when compared to direct competitors like RTX.
