Merck's health insurance is very good, allowing great flexibility for individual and family needs.

For a pharma company I really expected the best insurance. It was top notch 3 years ago and now it is very frustrating. The cost to employee is reasonable but if you aren't a heavy user of health care, expect to pay most of your doctor bills yourself.

Good choices at reasonable premium

Monthly premium is low but deductible is $3500/yr and then coverage is only 80/20. I am contract and had wanted to become an employee but cannot afford this. My contracting firm offers better coverage than this!

The health insurance plans were always thr best around and very reasonably priced.

You pay a lot for not a lot of coverage. The only positive is Merck drugs being free.

100% coverage of all vaccines, even for travel.

I can see most doctors, mental health providers, dentists, and chiropractors in the area.
