You get to work from anywhere with internet. But you're always thinking that you can be working instead of whatever it is you're doing instead.

The best thing is easily the flexibility and the neverending stream of customers who require your help . Most people you chat with are very happy to be connected with a tech expert and will treat you with respect. This is not always the case, however as it is a chat support position the emotional blows tend to be not that panful.
The worst thing is easily the pay. Considering the experience that many people like myself had coming into this position I was expecting a much better rate of pay. However, I am treated as replaceable and paid the bare minimum with no hourly guaranteed wage whatsoever.

Love the fact that I can work from home or anywhere that has a computer. I can make my own hours and if I need to take some time off I can.

Best-- you can make money if you're on the top of the heap. Worst-- the company is terrible with communication and all things towards their contractors are considered an afterthought.

Needle has an unspoken policy about working from home - it is not widely accepted.
