They take full advantage of their employees and treat the chatters horribly. With a little bit of searching, there are plenty of other legit work at home jobs that are much better. If you do decide to work for Needle, prepare to be ignored by upper management, get laid off with no notice, expect no respect from anyone you work with minus a couple people. In fact, I've worked with two people in the entire company that treated me with respect and they were not upper management.
