Best thing is they have options to accommodate your needs, from a HDHP with HSA, to a PPO with $0 deductible.

OCLC's health insurance was excellent. The cost was reasonable, but it covered most everything. To my memory it didn't cover weight loss programs, but most other issues were covered.
