3 options to consider and all seem very good.

Health insurance coverage is good, deductibles are fairly low, but premiums are very high and completely obliterate the small COLA we are given, meaning the longer you stay employed, the less money you make. It’s not really a sustainable place to remain employed for more than 1-2 years given this imbalance.

Not the best. Very expensive. They do offer a 1000 on HSA though, which is helpful

I love that we have various options, I do the PPO version as it fits me, but some others may take an HMO. Mine is high deductible so I get access to the HSA. Took a bit to get used to, but it works out well.
