401K Plan

Easy to manage and there is a match option!!

It's pretty standard for companies to have a 401k and 401k match. Paycom usually goes beyond standard for employee benefits. Unfortunately, they fail with their match policy. Their match policy is subpar. 100% match on the first 1% and 3.5% match on 6%.

Retirement plan is good and they match to a certain extent. Could be better though!
