The company fought me on being sick and needing to be on bed rest. for being on maternity leave. The company is not very good for thoroughly training their leads. I was not trained all the way through and when my Line shut down I was moved to another shift and that supervisor said I should have been trained and refused to let me learn what I was not taught.

I think it is a great company, I feel that the Health Insurance is actually very affordable.

401k is through Wells Fargo Bank, medical is through cigna now was through health smart, dental delta dental vision is through eyemed. Vacation accumulates after probation is up which is 0.92 hours per week so you do the math as how long it will take you to accumulate 40 hrs for vaca

Excellent health care coverage. Dental and are par for the course. The 401k is better than average, matching up to 6% dollar for dollar. In operational positions there is no flexible schedule. Paid time off is slightly better than average.
