Short Term Disability: Employees unable to work after seven days, this benefit pays 70% of your base earnings for a maximum of 12 weeks. This benefit is 100% paid for by RES and is no additional cost to employees.
Long Term Disability: Following 90 days of disability, Long-Term Disability provides 60% of your base salary up to a maximum of $10,000 per month. This benefit is 100% paid for by RES.
