Diversity Programs

At RES, the RESpect initiative is focused on building awareness throughout the business, diversifying the workforce and supply chain, and positively impacting communities. They have created five networks where people can come together in a safe space to share their experiences and challenges faced in the workplace. These are CARE, Disability, Gender, RiSE (LGBTQ+), and Stages. The networks empower people and provide opportunities to speak with decision-makers about the issues that matter to them.
