Eligible employees who have completed seven years of continuous service with RES are eligible for four weeks of paid sabbatical, with the option of taking an additional eight weeks unpaid. Time off must have management and executive approval and the four weeks paid is in addition to PTO. PTO may be used for the additional eight weeks unpaid.
