RES recognizes that employees have different needs, so with manager approval, the following alternative work schedules are available:
- Telecommuting: Eligible employees or approved eligible positions can work a portion of the work-weekly remotely.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Ability to adjust your work day start/end time based on your needs (Ex., 7 a.m.–4 p.m. vs 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.)
