Employee Discounts

employee discount was 15% extra which still wasn't enough because you wouldn't be able to use it on certain things

I do not know a whole lot about the Benefits offered. I know you can earn vacation time, but it takes a long time. 20% discount (Same as gold member customers)

Wish we got more of a discount

The employee discount was decent plus you got to get points on their Plenti card. Discount only applied to non sale items

Employee discount is the same as for customers with gold level status, so there really is no discount specific to being an employee. Also, employees do not receive savings coupons through Catalina like customers do. Therefore customers receive better savings than employees.

As an employee, there is the convenience of buying things at the store fro a discount.

It was only 15 or 10 percent what some customers get that spend so much using their rite aid card
