It was nice to have the 20% off but it was also offered to gold member customers. Basically, after you spend $1000 you receive 20% off MOST purchases and this is very easy to achieve when you work full time at Rite Aid.

It isn't really a "benefit" as it is available to all shoppers. The discount is only 20%, and only applies to items that aren't already sale- or clearance-priced.
