Employee Discounts

Rite Aid meets or exceeds other companies with additional benefit package. Hourly wage can vary tremendously. Employee discount is ridiculously low.

Best thing is there was one for 20% off, worst thing is it couldn't be used for sale items.

The benefit is 20% off all non-sale merchandise. If the 20% is better than the sale you get the 20%. If the sale price is better you get the sale price. All customers have the ability to get the same discount based on the loyalty program and how much they spend.

You get 20% off every thing in the store and on certain days of each month, you get 30% off.

you are able to putchase in store items at a thirty percent discount, unless the item is already discounted

Was only a %15 off non clearence items

Literally no better discount than customers who shop at RA enough to get the twenty percent off regularly priced items with the discount card. Really pathetic.

The gold card Rite Aid customers got the same 20% discount we did so how is that an employee discount??

It's 20% , and occasionally 30% on special days , but if shop there enough , you can get the same discount
