Employee Discounts

20% is what you get as an employee discount no matter spending level. Customers will get AFTER they spend $1k in the store. If you coupon, 20% is a significant savings!

15% off of regular prices. Prices at Rite Aid are extremely high and the discount typically still leaves most products higher than most retailers. Useless really.

You actually get the same discount that customers get so it's kind of ridiculous. It's only 20% off, which is what Wellness Gold members get. Also if something is on sale then you don't get your 20% off so it's pretty much a joke.

You only get 20% so it doesn't much matter when it comes to customers that spend enough to get Gold status on their card which gives them the same discount at someone who works for the company.

20 to 30 percent off of your purchases which can be a good thing

The discounts are much the same as the gold plenti card holders so doesn't mean much especially things are overpriced.
