There needs to be improvements that need to be made as far as additional bonuses to health care workers. Other industries receive bonuses to incentivize employees to keep them rewarded for their hard work. Healthcare workers never stop, and there isn't a recognizable bonus to the ones that put their own health to aid patients into improving their health.
