Insurance prices recently doubled in cost, and coverage is blah. Definitely had much better insurance at other employers.

Premiums were low especially when compared to other employers.

Extremely high deductibles and high premiums if you have spouse or dependent or make over 50K/yr.

Good options incl HMO & various PPO

The benefits were completely revamped with the merger and it seemed like they chose the worst options available for the employees. Even after having clarification meetings with each group, no one understood how it was going to work. It's almost like self insured, but not really. You seriously needed to know calculus to figure out if you had good or bad healthcare or how much it was going to cost you when you visited the doctor.

Offers great options for health insurance.

The health insurance for spectrum is great. They have the HSA and FSA options and rates have stayed fairly consistent over the past 11 years.

The benefits were outstanding, very few corporations offer pension programs anymore.
