You have two options of health plan. Either PPO or HMO. The company will subsidize the HMO plan to allow you to save more.

Over all, benefit package is better than most companies. There are always room for improvement if they had more than one provider. But all my doctors are covered under my plan and never had an issue.

Standard Chartered Bank offered a generic health insurance package. There was very little wrong with it. United Health Care and Delta. They also offered pre-pay for medicines/etc.
