Family Medical Leave

Maternity leave is 6 weeks paid, 2 additional weeks for any bonding time (parternity, adoption). Job protected for 16 weeks.

Insurance packages are available on the website

They have a good plan for these situations

FMLA is offered as is legally required but state and federal government

No medical leave because no fulltime employees.

I don't know how or if sick time is accrued but it was listed recently before I quit along with your paid/unpaid vacation. If you really need to you can call out from your shift and will generally be forgiven if you don't make a true habit of it.

It will work in your favor if you can afford to have it taken out of your check
