Best thing at Target FMLA is that they will hold a position for you. It may not be the same job or shift, but your pay will remain the same. They also offer intermient FMLA, if you need to use it off and on.

Family medical leave is a benefit that I believe is offered to full time employees; I was only a part time employee. There were a few situations with some of my coworkers that dealt with family issues, and management was pretty understanding.
