Fmla leave is well worth it

Best thing at Target FMLA is that they will hold a position for you. It may not be the same job or shift, but your pay will remain the same. They also offer intermient FMLA, if you need to use it off and on.

Noo good enough for the company

They are kinda bad whenever there is a death in the family a manager basically was like she feels my pain but I still need to come in and work 8 hours

You receive this only as full time worker.

Family medical leave is a benefit that I believe is offered to full time employees; I was only a part time employee. There were a few situations with some of my coworkers that dealt with family issues, and management was pretty understanding.

I have not used this plan but have seen others bebfit from being able to take this leave when needed.
