There is no family medical leave at Target, at least to my knowledge. Then again, I'm not a parent, but I would not expect a minimum wage job to offer such things.

Never had an issue with this to occur at my work place but since it is minimum wage retail I can't see them being very forgiving.

Employees were bullied out of taking sick days for themselves. If you wanted to stay home with a sick child or nurse a dying parent you wouldn't have much to come back to.

They feel if you do not know about the Family Medical Leave Act, they do not share it with employee and even go against the law.
