There is no family medical leave at Target, at least to my knowledge. Then again, I'm not a parent, but I would not expect a minimum wage job to offer such things.

Employees were bullied out of taking sick days for themselves. If you wanted to stay home with a sick child or nurse a dying parent you wouldn't have much to come back to.
