The benefits are disappearing so quickly that many of them may be gone by the time you read this. The insurance premiums, along with the deductibles, go up every year. Hourly bonus system is gone.

The insurance kept going up. Sometimes you had a hard time getting a bill paid. We had help with counselors if needed when the plant shutdown was announced.

good 401(k) match and the insurance through BCBSIL are two of the few reasons I stayed as long as i did. you only get 12 hours TOTAL of non-vacation PTO.
