None, all days come out of vacation PTO time for nurses and exempt and non-exempt employees. Senior managers might get sick days as part of their package.

The vacation time and sick days are combined...so when you call in sick, you use your vacation time. Keep in mind that this is a hospital and sometimes it is unavoidable to get sick when a patient with full blown pneumonia coughs directly into your face. So many associates either never take vacations to just prepare to get sick or come to work sick.
