As stated it is free. They are also great benefits. I went to the doctor required physical therapy and medications and the only thing I ever paid was for my medicine. Which costed me $8.

Like 10 dollar copays and it covers pretty much everything, it's really, really good. Also, the company pays for it so it isn't deducted from your pay.
