Anonymous Systems Administrator

3 Month waiting period before getting benefits. HQ is in a state the requires coverage so working here you either have to pay a tax penalty, or over pay into COBRA. Its a first day sign of the culture of the company and its complete lack of care for employees

They use cigna so you're limited to certain doctors in that web. expensive as well.

Pretty good coverage for health only. $55 a week for single person. No disability for first year. You probably won't maintain employment much longer than that.
