I switched to the UniFirst Health Insurance, which is Cigna, and haven't run into a provider yet that doesn't accept it. I didn't even have to switch any of my doctors! They're vision insurance is very good. You essentially don't have to choose between contacts and glasses because a lot of glasses stores like Lenscrafters have an extra discount to for Cigna members.

High premiums. Coverage isn't good. If you're healthy you go with the cheaper plan, but have high deductibles and more out of pocket expenses when you do have to go to the doctor. Only good thing is preventive care is covered at 100% for both plans.

It is extremely expensive in order to get the one with a more manageable deductible!

They use Cigna health insurance currently and they fight as many claims as possible.
