I have 4 managers, 2 night shift, 2 day shift. One of my managers has cooperate training and is very by the book. My other managers are more "wait and see" and not very communitive. What I am running into is all my other managers hiding being her while she has to be the bad guy constantly. In the last 2 weeks I have had employees (not A+) come to me and say she's over and under managing them in the same sentence. Do I tell her to mellow out and stop being a strong manager or what?

If you are still under supervision, your supervising officer may have some resources for job training and programs that will get you into short term training programs that add to your skills you already have. My suggestion, warehouse work entry level is an excellent place to start. If you are able to get your fork-lift certification through one of the above mentions, that could be your general ticket to hire.
