IPG has made great strides to increase diversity in manager positions, building internal resources
for potential future executive openings. We recruit and develop diverse candidates for available
leadership and other positions at IPG by posting on national and local diversity job boards and
maintaining partnerships with organizations and community groups that focus on the needs of
