Easy phone call interview, then a video interview to follow up. Friendly interviewers, answered all my questions and I really enjoyed the experience. I had more questions about the job after the interview, and they were quick to answer via email.

They read a chat script between employee and customer and asked me to critique it.
The interview was done over the phone, It was comfortable, easy and relaxed. Basically a conversation rather than an interview, I received an offer within 8 minutes into the interview. I was excited.
