Its a very keen process. Applicants have to answer a form that will assess their personality. There will be an initial interview, a teaching demonstration and final interview from one of the supervisors.

You have to do a typing test where you need to type a script in a minute and then you need to answer some questions in a paper. Then you will have your final interview where they will ask you question about yourself.
