The hiring process was a bit easy for me. I was immediately called a day after I registered to their application form and had a quick interview (Brief description about yourself and your past work experiences). Followed by Orientation then an 8 hour training where you have to pass the demo lesson.

Very quickly, there is a language assessment, and you will be asked questions related to PARSNIP and you will answer with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Be mindful of pronunciation. You will be scheduled for the New Teachers Training next.
