-First had a call with Tina the recruiter who was extremely warm and welcoming and described the state of the organization as well as the Customer Success department specifically
-Next I had a call with the VP of CS which focused more on my experience and overall fit for the role
-Next was a director for the enterprise team. This was a more intense interview around my background and questions about my experience and how I would handle certain situations pertaining to clients
-Next was a director for the enterprise team for a different region
-Next was the head of the commercial cs team
-lastly was a presentation to both the head of commercial and the VP of CS
A long process but throughout each step I truly felt like every person was listening to my responses to understand my background and who I am and what I am looking for. Nothing felt like a formality or a waste of time.
Throughout all of these steps, Tina kept me in the loop and I could tell they were serious about filling the role.
Overall I had a great experience interviewing!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your current cs process and the size of your account load and deal sizes etc.
One of the worst interview experiences I’ve ever participated in. They laid off half of their talent team, I had to add multiple members of senior leadership on email chains before anyone would respond. The person I was working with only emailed me back once out of nearly 5 attempted follow ups. I would never work for this company, Human Resource Operations is a window into total company operations. To this day- 9 weeks later I have not received a follow up, nor a rejection. I would strongly advise avoiding applying to 6sense.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 6sense in Dec 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter, Tina. She was amazing. It’s rare to find a recruiter that is so organized, responsive and transparent. Even when there were delays she proactively kept not up to date.
I interviewed with the manager twice and 3 team members. The interviews were more comfortable dialogue than questions.
