Question 1
Be prepared for a cold call role play and to talk about past experiences.
After seeing another interview review on here, I am even more frustrated. I applied for this job March 6th. First round was a video screening with someone in India. Ended up getting scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager for March 13th. To his credit I really enjoyed our conversation. He was the only positive of this experience. The next call was on March 20th with a different manager. He was awkward and seemed disinterested in being there. Very short and cut the call early. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I had to follow up once again with the recruiter. He schedules me with a director level employee for March 30th. That person completely no showed the interview. No email or call. At this point I am livid. They had wasted over 3 weeks of my time at this point just to no show. I reach out to the recruiter wondering what happened and he apologized and said they’d reschedule me with someone else (???). Today I get a rejection email, but it looks like they may have had their person as soon as March 25th and continued to put me through the process anyways just to no show me.
